About us

  • Interim Management Projects is a platform gathering more than 20.000 Interim/Freelance Managers. The objective of our service is to create more visibility towards the market for our members and connect them with their next client and mission.

  • Interim Management Projects is not a recruitment agency. Our role is to facilitate the contact between a company looking for a candidate and an interim/freelance manager looking for a new project.
  • Interim Management Projects does not have any impact on the recruitment process.
  • Interim Management Projects is active in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

My Account

  • To create an account, click on "sign up" on the right upper corner of the home page, or simply click here.
  • The creation of an account is compulsory to be able to apply for the projects available on the platform. You will also need an account if you would like to be visible to the recruiters working with us.
  • It is important to complete your profile as well as possible (add a photo, a description, choose the skills and complete your experience). An exhaustive profile will give the companies and recruiters an idea of your expertise and will be decisive in their choice.
  • Every visitor on the platform can see your profile, but only members have access to your personal information such as e-mail address and telephone number if applicable.
  • To change you password, go to the "my profile'' page and than click on "edit your password" in the box on the right side of the page.
  • Recommendations will help you gain credibility and improve the relevance of your profile. An external assessment will also allow the recruiter to have a feedback on your previous assignments.
  • To ask for a recommendation, go to your profile and under the "Education" section you will find the "Recommendations" section where you can ask for a reference by clicking on "Ask for one".
  • To add a referral, go to the profile of the member you would like to refer and click on Post a recommandation. It is important to insert your personal contact information on the form that will appear, so that the company that is interested in the person you recommend could contact you for more details.

Premium and Basic Subscriptions

  • Apply as soon as new offers are posted on the platform and increase your chances of getting hired. The free members have to wait 10 days in order to be able to apply.
  • Improve your chances of getting hired through the premium membership that allows you to submit as many applications as you wish. Free members can only submit 1 application per month.
  • Be the first one to appear when recruiters look for professionals in your field of expertise and increase your chances of being contacted for assignments that require your skills and experience. Free members always appear under the premium profiles.
  • Premium members have the opportunity to get an interview with our team about their experience and expertise that we will share on our social networks and on our newsletter read by more 60.000 profesionals.
  • Premium members have immediate access to the recruiter’s contact details and company information which give them a detailed idea (better understanding) of the opportunity. Free members don't have access to those information.
  • Premium members have the opportunity to contact an unlimited number of managers directly through our platform and build up their network with professionals looking for new collaborators.
  • I you currently have a basic subscription and would like to upgrade it to a premium subscription, click on "upgrade" on the top of the home page and choose the premium subscription that fits your need.

  • You can choose between the premium monthly subscription and the one year premium subscription.

Search and Apply for a Project

  • To find a project, click on "find a job" on the top left corner of the home page, or click here.
  • In order to easily find the most suitable project, you have different filters at your disposal: country, category, position, activity sector, project duration and language. Choose the ones that fit with your profile and build a shortlist of suitable projects.
  • To apply for a project, you first need to create an account. Once your account is ready, you can simply apply for a project via the "Apply for this project" button at the end of the job description.
  • Answers to applications are only sent via the email address linked to your profile, not via the platform itself.
  • The members using a basic subscription don't have access to the company's information. To get access to the company as well as the recruiter's information, subscribe to premium here. If you would like to have more information about our premium offer, please refer to the Why should I choose the premium subscription page.
  • You will find the hiring company's email address as well as the hiring company's person of contact on the top right corner of the job description page. Please note that only Premium members have access to those information.


  • We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Amex
  • If you encounter a problem with the website as you are trying to make your payment, please contact We will answer within 24 hours.
  • Our website is only available through secure https connection which guarantees the safety of your personal information. Your credit card details are securely stored with our payment processing partner using bank-grade encryption.
  • All Premium subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. At the term of your current subscription, your subscription is automatically renewed for the same period of time as your previous subscription.
  • You don't have to do anything, all premium subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. If you chose a premium monthly subscription, your premium access will last 30 days on from the day you purchased the premium subscription and will be automatically renewed at this end of its term.

  • You will receive a weekly newsletter called "job alert" which will keep you up to date with the latest jobs posted on the platfrom according to the categories you chose when you created your profile.
