-> Financial management ( finance process optimization, finance management information, Working capital management, cost management & Asset management, variance analysis & controlling )

-> Performance management ( strategic planning to drive decision-making & growth , budget, rolling forecast, roadmaps... )

-> Financial accounting (manage monthly and yearly closing, oversee transaction processing of O2C,P2P,R2R & H2R, IFRS & internal controls )

-> Business intelligence ( provide value added reporting, insightful information, robust challenge, KPI's, scorecards to support decision making and make the best use of the ERP & the knowhow of people )

-> Project management ( standardization & simplification, supply chain & business controls optimisation, reporting rules, internal controls, M&A, reviewing reporting & closing deadlines by assessing impact on processes, people and functions, make finance operating model as lean as possible... )
