Regional Manager Middle East & Africa

Ad interim Regional Manager Middle East & Africa. Reorganizing the Middle Eastern Office in Dubai, strengthening the sales funnel. Main aim was to turn around the regional office and assess potential strategies to do so. I managed to successfully collect outstanding payments in the markets by thoroughly follow up on missing points and quality issues. I analyzed the sales and distribution channels and exchanged some Distributors in key markets as well as prioritized the key markets differently. The region picked up successfully with a strong sales pipeline and a strong distribution network.
 

Sales Manager South-East Europe

When I took over the Region South East Europe the market Share of Agfa was minor. Till December 2016 Agfa reached a market share of up to 30% for Large Format Printing Machines and Consumables in the key markets such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Serbia. Successfully established sustainable dealer channel network as well as strong direct sales approach in different countries. I won different Sales Awards within Agfa Graphics for achieving outstanding sales results.

Successfully penetrated the markets in South East Europe; reaching a market share of up to 30%.
Successfully established an effective and sustainable dealer network across the region from scratch.
Leveraged Agfa Finance Services as a major business development tool within the region creating strong customer retention.
Established thorough risk management review together with Agfa Finance in order to assure customer solvency.
Build-up of strong dealer and customer relationships resulting in a growing number of regular customers.
Establishment of certified service centers with selected dealers across the region to ensure fast service respons time for Level 1 and Level 2 support.

In 2004 Mimaki decided to establish an European subsidiary in the Netherlands due to steadily growing Sales Results. I did achieve repeatedly outstanding sales results across Europe and was offered a position in the Netherlands which did not fit my personal situation.
