After more than twenty years of experience in Operations and IT management in several industries and companies such as Bouygues, FNAC or Rossel Group, Thierry joined BNP Paribas Group – Alpha Credit, a key player in the consumer finance industry. Thierry’s mixed expertise proved to be a real asset to reengineer and stabilize the IST & Facilities areas of AlphaCredit. He was therefore trusted to take over the Operations activities in accordance with the BNP Paribas Personal Finance model.
After a mission of almost 3 years at the BNP Paribas headquarters in Paris, he took over in 2017 the General Management of the Ferrari Francorchamps Motors Brussels & Luxembourg dealerships.
 
Within Thierry’s range of competences can be found: redefinition of roles and responsibilities along people management and organization, cost management, program management, change management, integration strategy, business continuity planning, process reengineering management.
 
Thierry has proved to be a very reliable leader with excellent team building capacities that allow him to gain the trust of his teams. He developed communication and negotiation skills which are greatly appreciated by Senior management.
