My university education was at NATO, Brussels with a multi-cultural group of people.

Used to translate the business strategy into the required HR model, to achieve the requested objectives.

My int'l  career was mainly spent at multi nationals such as Electrolux, Yara, DHL, UCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu where I had Benelux, European and EMEA roles.  I worked for Belgian PMEs such as VOO and Management Centre Europe.

- Change Management expertise with Organisational   Design, performance mgt, set up shared services (Damovo, Yara, Electrolux Europe).

- Resolving capability mismatches between people & their roles, identifying the  correct organisation levels of work, and thinking capability (DHL) and defining the 'right structure'. To develop people to their highest level of capability. RO Model.

- Talent Mgt: Recruitment, retention, role profiles, succession planning, development of high potentials, performance mgt, evaluations (Electrolux, Lernhout & Hauspie). Personality Testing SHL OPQ.

- Compensation & Benefits: mgt of expatriates & commuters, contract mgt & int'l mobility, definition KPIs for sales jobs, function classification ie HAY - KIOTO (Electrolux,  Komatsu, Yara, DHL).

- Coaching of Executives, Training of HR people (DHL, Komatsu).

- Hard HR: restructurations, concordat (Lernhout & Hauspie, CS2,      DHL).

I bring added value by using the RO model: in  analyzing roles, working on the sizes of roles, the capability of people, aligning the talent management strategy to the business strategy, getting rid of duplication of work, having an objective look at the structure of the organisation.
