Evaluate failing projects and programs in order to come to a clear view of underlying reasons. Propose a way out, mediate between parties involved and create a shared vision on a new ‘to be’ result. Lead the project or program as from there.

Change Management and Enterprise Transformation
Help organizations in periods of transforming change in order to establish sustainable change results. Change initiatives can not lead to sustainable results if they do not lead to a new way of thinking about the organization’s core. Help organizations to set up a change- or transition path that enables these new ways of thinking using principles of ‘Dialogic Organizational Development’ and ‘Enterprise Engineering’.

Human Resources Automation

Prepare projects dealing with HR Information Systems (create shared vision on business demand).
Consult on the purchase of the most appropriate system (IT Demand, being activities like RFI, POC, RFP, Business Case, Contracting).

Lead the technical implementation of HRIS and the integration with business systems (IT-supply).

Lead the roll-out and implement the appropriate change in the HR- and client organization (Change).

Enterprise Engineering

Consult organizations in the redesign of the business and the organization based on modeling principles. In these projects we use modeling techniques that visualize the essential responsibilities and communication that needs to be organized. Based on these we can align business, organization and IT by the redesign of the organization and the business processes.
