I work as a senior change coach and interim manager. My focus is on people in value driven organisations: make them competent, responsible, effective, autonomous and motivated at work. Promote integration and partnerships (p.e. in M&A or alliances). Drive cultural transformation. Develop and embed strategy. Encourage teamwork and grow accountability. Motivate people for change and improvement. My undoubted strength is that I can get people ‘in motion’. This may have to do with vision or strategy, organization structure, leadership, processes or performance. My approach is based on most recent insights on change management resulting from research. In short 1. a motivating story  2. role models  3. reinforcing mechanisms  4. developing human potential.

As a sociologist with an economic education and an MBA degree I can very well reconcile business economics and performance with wellbeing. I am a certified CTT-consultant (Cultural Transformation Tool) and part of the worldwide network of consultants of The Values Centre (www.valuescentre.com).

I am an experienced manager in different business areas and sectors and I am able to look at things from different perspectives. I know the private sector (banking, insurance, Chamber of Commerce, consulting, …) and the public and social profit sector (federal government, local authorities, health centers, public broadcaster, …). This experience covers HR, administrative and financial management, strategy, performance improvement, planning, … I have also excellent operational management capabilities, together with a critical and open mind, a vision on change and improvement and a perfect understanding of entrepreneurial mechanisms. As a consequence of working in many different areas and organizations, I integrate quickly in any new environment where I take responsibility, in fact, I enjoy the challenge of new and difficult assignments.
